  8. Carry extra windshield washer fluid.

  9. Remove snow from your vehicle before venturing out. Driving around in a mobile igloo could have dangerous implications and get you a fine!

  10. Slow down if weather conditions are not good and if visibility is reduced.

  11. Carry a charged cell phone.
